The assorted Bennets and Darcys once again gather at Pemberley to celebrate the season in this charming new play from Lauren Gunderson and Margo Melcon, a follow up to their delightful Pride and Prejudice sequel Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley. Once more brimming with Jane Austen inspired festivity and wit, The Wickhams sees the party interrupted by younger sister Lydia and her husband George - otherwise known as the most infamous cad in literature.
Whilst the guests upstairs enjoy their vacation, it's up the downstairs servants - loyal housekeeper Mrs Reynolds, new maid Cassie and romantic footman Brian to keep this secret from their masters. But Mr Wickham's presence can't stay hidden forever, leading to chaotic scenes and entertaining exploration of forgiveness during the yuletide season. So grab your bonnets and get ready to spend another Christmas at the grandest house in Derbyshire!
Opening night: 20 November 2019
