AIN'T TOO PROUD
The spectacular energy from the entire cast made this evening a gem. Story line of life and historic events woven into entertainment with the many great tunes and lyrics. The ensemble was terrific.

As Black womanly who saw the original Temps at the Apollo, I found this production lacking in soul. Lots of energy to cover up a performance that tried to hard to Get Ready. Too much emphasis placed in the Temps personal struggles with drugs and racism. The Temps should be elevated and celebrated not a Ball of Confusion

I saw this show on Broadway, it was fabulous! You can not compare. I was disappointed with this one.

AMAZING OPENING
The beginning was amazing fun and upbeat. Unfortunately as the show progressed the music sounded more like screaming and nails on a chalkboard. As a result at intermission we left. Save your money and time. There are many better shows out there. In was really disappointed and was looking forward to the show .
