KASEY from Boston, Massachusetts
Being a fan of Shoreline Mafia’s energy and sound, I was very excited for this concert. I read a review before I went that complained about the professionalism of the group as well as the chaotic and disorganized nature and lack of energy at the show, however I chose not to believe it as I wanted to have a good time and genuinely believed this group would show us just that. My friend and I realized that the concert had started at 6:00 pm, which we found odd and UNNECESSARILY EARLY. We hustled to the train and arrived at around 8:00, worried we might miss them. We ended up sitting through 3 HOURS of horrible openers. It was extremely evident that the openers were stalling, saying they (SM) were about to come out, but hours were going by.It was a complete waste of time. Then the fire alarm went off, and we all had to EVACUATE. They came on after 10:30. The concert goers were aggressive, we could not move a muscle. The man behind us ashed his joint on my friend’s brand new jacket.
