I was so looking forward to this show after being a fan for many years. Although the first half was thoroughly enjoyable, the later was a little redundant. A skit about his wife talking too much seemed to go on forever. Yeah, we get it. She talks a lot. And that was the end of the show.

I EXCEPTED THIS SHOW TO BE HILARIOUS BUT IT WASN’T

I love Kevin James but last nights show dragged on. The show was ALL about his love for eating! What does Owls Don’t Walk have to do with his show? The seats sucked too! The man next to me kept yawning. I was hoping for a knee slapping show.

NEEDS MORE SUBSTANCE

Huge Kevin James fan so i was so excited to see his stand up live. His stories went on forever with only a chuckle here or there. Really wish it would have lasted longer than 7:30-9:30 for the price. The opening comedian hit it out of the park. Chris Roach...He was quite funny. I was actually wishing his lasted longer. Kevin needs a little more jokes and less long stories that took forever to get to the point and hardly any audience participation besides pointing out that someone brought a baby. Was expecting a little more. I did like that he didn’t have to use vulgarity or inappropriate talk but just wasn't as funny I had hoped. I took my teenagers and my 15 year old was bored. My kids said the whole show was about jokes about his weight and his wife's fat friend Melissa and then it was over.

SEMI ENTERTAINING BUT NOT VERY FUNNY

Big fan was excited to see Kevin. Felt like he kind of mailed it in and is capitalizing on his rep/name. He was a little entertaining but not laugh out loud funny. No real jokes just semi amusing stories that went on too long. Wouldn't pay to see him again.

LOVE THE GUY BUT IRREGARDLESS TOUR NOT WORTH IT.

Seen him recently in Michigan. Now love the K of Q show. One of my favorites. Seen some standup and it was funny. Seen him for first time on his newest tour and not sure what happened. Opening act wasent even great or good. Out of all the upcoming funny comics out there you would think he would have someone like that. It really boost up your show too. But no ,opening act was like a comic you would see at your local club or bar. Not really funny. So then time for Kevin. Was really looking forward to this show. Not the same energy or stage charisma at all. I love the guy in K&Q but this show and i have to say wasent great at all. Especially for the money. I agree with many others on here. The stories went on way to long just to get a couple funny points. You really only hear about 4 -5 stories really because they go on so long. Then after a joke its like good night everybody. Catches ya off guard after only about a hour. No working the crowd or saying he will be going soon and then maybe a few more jokes, you know stirring some excitement in the crowd but nope. Then he just walked off. Really nothing exciting at all. Not the same or really even close to a couple of his tv stand up specials.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED

We saw him on 5/30 in Albany at the Palace Theatre. Here’s the subject of his jokes: he’s gained weight recently, he’s fat, he goes to the gym but hates it, his wife has a fat friend Melissa that he also hates. That’s it. There were multiple awkward pauses and he just overall seemed like he didn’t want to be there. We were really looking forward to it because we have been fans of his for years, have watched everything he’s been in and have entire episodes of King of Queens memorized. Save your money this time, we wish we had.

So disappointed in his act on Sat, Sept 17th for 80.00 a seat and having 6 of us not worth our time or money. Kevin's opening act was far better than he was, just didn't seem like he wanted to be there and didn't have any good substance that was funny.......
