The definitive Seventies' musical dances into Drury Lane in January 2017!

Why See Saturday Night Fever?

Musicals

Dance fever is coming in January 2017 - be ready!

As part of its 2016/17 Mainstage Season, it's time to gel back your hair, dig out the bell-bottom suits and flash those medallions, as the definitive Seventies-themed musical explodes onto the Drury Lane stage! Chock full of the hits made famous by British disco band The Bee Gees in the original 1977 movie that starred John Travolta, follow the exploits of rebellious Brooklyn teenager Tony Manero as he flaunts his impressive moves on the dancefloor in the hope of snagging the girl of his dreams!

Featuring all the tunes of the original movie such as "Stayin' Alive", "More Than a Woman" and of course, "Night Fever", at the time of its release in 1977 it was the biggest-selling movie soundtrack of all time - until it was surpassed by Whitney Houston's The Bodyguard in 1992. A gritty and sultry coming of age tale for the disco generation, the stage musical first premiered in London in 1998, with Australian theater star Adam Garcia originating the role as the troubled Tony.
