Homos, or Everyone in America Follows a Homosexual Relationship Through Their Trials and Tribulations

Showcasing what it means to be gay in modern America, Homos, or Everyone in America is a dramatic piece of theater that follows a gay couple through their relationship ups and downs. The play follows the young lovers as they battle crime, disputes and turmoil.

Occurring across the years 2006 to 2011, the relationship between two characters known as The Writer and The Academic, showcases a developing homosexual relationship in a time just before same-sex marriage equality laws were passed in the United States. Jumping across time and back again, the play explores themes of love, desire, and tragedy whilst depicting a modern day gay relationship.

Homos, or Everyone in America was a New York Times Critic's Pick and named one of New York Magazine's 10 Best Theater Events of 2016.
