Also starring Chicago's own Francis Guinan (The Cherry Orchard) and helmed by Artistic Director Susan V Booth, this tale of a struggling video store owner is playing for one month only.

What Is The Story?

Plucky local legend Pete founded a Chicago video store empire back in the 80s. Forty years later, and its last remaining store is struggling to survive - and Pete's daughter Sam has her sights set firmly away from the family business. How will they navigate their diverging dreams? Ashland Avenue is a tender exploration of our responsibility to our parents in later life - and our responsibility to ourselves to forge our own paths.
