Full design team has been announced.
Longtime Cher collaborator, Bob Mackie has announced that'll he'll be designing the costumes for the upcoming The Cher Show. Having designed some of Cher's iconic looks Bob seems like an obvious choice to emulate Cher's ultimate glamour onto the stage.
Other members of the design team include Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen's sound designer, Nevin Steinberg, Tony-winning Christine Jones and Brett Banakis on Set Design, and lighting design by Hedwig and the Angry Inch's Kevin Adams.
The Cher Show is due to open at Chicago's Oriental Theatre (currently home to Pretty Woman) on June 12 before heading to Broadway's Neil Simon Theatre (currently home to Angels In America) in the fall.
