Cher: The Musical!
Cher might not be able to turn back time but she can certainly give her blessing on a musical that will tell the story of her life, career, and how she became one of America's most treasured stars. The musical, that is due to premiere on Broadway in Fall 2018, is offering you the opportunity to see it first in this Pre-Broadway 5-week tryout.
Sometimes referred to as the Goddess of Pop, the road that led Cher to where she is now wasn't the easiest. At the young age of 16 Cher dropped out of school, left her Mothers house and moved to Los Angeles with her friend; at that time I don't think even Cher would have thought she'd become an international sensation. Now known for her unforgettable contralto singing voice and mass variety of style and appearance that only Cher can pull off.
All your favourite Cher hits will be supporting the telling of her story, be sure to listen out for; 'Believe', 'Half Breed', 'Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves' and many more.
Be sure to grab your leather jacket and get ready for a night to remember!

Was at the matinee show yesterday - not sure what to expect. It was fantastic. The leads were all amazing - Stephanie J. Block knocked it out of the part. I want to see it again. It was about 2-1/2 hours so I think they have made some cuts because I read that it was 3 hours. Oh - and Cher came into the theatre just as the second act started.
