This rendition delves into the depths of Briony Tallis' journey, now depicted as a renowned choreographer, as she confronts the shadows of her past through a captivating dance of redemption.
Marston's adaptation unveils the tragic romance of Briony's elder sister, Cecilia, set against the backdrop of 1935 England, delving into the complexities of society's expectations and the consequences of deceit. Enhanced by Rossi's stirring musical compositions, the ballet employs dynamic choreography to explore themes such as the distortion of memory, and the burden of guilt.
