Hear Jazz As Its Meant To Be Heard

While jazz may not be the first setlist choice of dance clubs nowadays, there are a few venues that provide a safe, authentic space where the old guard is preserved and new artists of the genre flourish. With a mission to perpetuate the joy of live jazz, Chicago's premiere new venue Winter's Jazz Club does just that, inviting a dynamic range of the world's best performers to set alight the night with innovative arrangements of straight-ahead jazz, trad-jazz, gyspsy-jazz, big band swing and New Orleans frontline amongst other forms of the genre.

Like the speakeasy and jazz joints of old, Winter's is a 100 seat, intimate venue that knows how to pour a proper drink. For six nights of the week, they open their doors for constantly changing singer-focused programs in a listening-room atmosphere praised by true jazz aficionados and punters.
