Why see Chicago Symphony Orchestra: Evgeny Kissin?

Don't Miss!

First gaining mainstream notoriety at a young, Evgeny Kissin was a child prodigy, recording and playing with the Moscow Philharmonic at just 12 years old. Since then, the British, Israeli and Russian Pianist has gone on to continue an enviable career, displaying his talents in recitals all over the world. This October he returns to Chicago to explore Tchaikovsky's First Piano Concerto in a performance that is sure to be a fall highlight for the CSO.

Conducted by Sir Andrew Davies, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra will also present excerpts from Bach and Stravinsky's Fairy's Kiss.
