Spooktacular Rom-Com!

They're usually known for wanting blood, but vampires can also be found on the lookout for love too, you know. Writer Kevin Douglas and director Devon de Mayo bring the world premiere of their part-rom-com, part-horror-story Untitled Vampire Play to Chicago's Lookingglass Theatre! Continuing the company's ethos of spotlighting new works created by its ensemble, the play runs from June-July this year.

What Is The Story?

When people on the dating scene ask for your body count, they usually mean your, ahem, ex-partners. But if you're a vampire, well then, yes, as well as a 'body count' in that respect, you're also likely to have an ACTUAL one too. That, and the fact that you've been around for centuries, means you've probably racked up a fair amount of previous flings, along with the baggage to go with them... but some things never change, and meeting your new partner's parents remains one of the most terrifying ordeals one could find themselves in! This hilarious horror-rom-com is not to be missed!
