Three Pianos: An Evening With Something Corporate, Jacks Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness

Why see Three Pianos: An Evening With Something Corporate, Jacks Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness?

All Three of Andrew McMahon's Bands

Celebrating his entire musical catalogue from across a career approaching three decades long, pianist, singer and songwriter Andrew McMahon brings all three of his much loved bands together for one special show together! Best known as the lead vocalist and main composer of the bands Something Corporate and Jack's Mannequin, the indie king rose up again in 2014 under the moniker Andrew McMahon and the Wilderness to critical and commercial success. With a musical output spanning punk rock, upbeat pop, electronic soundscapes and beyond, the versatile musician famously brings the same boundless energy to his live shows.

Something Corporate came together in 1998 in Orange County, California after McMahon and high school friend Brian Ireland found they had a mutual appreciation of the same kind of music. The band released their first EP, Ready... Break in 2000 and went on to sell hundreds of thousands of records, being named after their break-up in Consequence's 100 best pop punk bands.

Jack's Mannequin began as McMahon's solo project in 2004 but eventually became a full-fledged band in its own right, with a string of early 2000's hits like "Dark Blue" and "The Mixed Tape".

Following Jack's Mannequin closing shop (temporarily at least) in the early 2010s, McMahon began his current project, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, in 2014 and has continued to delight since, with four studio albums, tours with Weezer and Panic at the Disco and collaborations with Tom Morello.
