Elephant and Piggie in their very own musical

Mo Willem's beloved children's book characters make their Chicago stage debut in Emerald City Theatre's 'Elephant and Piggie's We are in a Play'. Gerald the Elephant is the cautious, nervous type, while the rambunctious Piggie knows no fear and is purely driven by fun. It seems an unlikely pairing, but as they say opposites attract.

Aimed at ages 3 and up, the musical adventure sees the dynamic duo explore the meaning of friendship and how their starkly different personalities compliment each other. Helped along by The Squirelles, the kooky back-up singers, and a song and dance number or two, there's never a dull moment with Elephant and Piggie around. Expect heroics, hysterics and hijinks galore!
