What happens when you cross Johann Sebastian Bach with high-octone modern dance? Meet Red Bull's very own dance troupe Flying Bach (geddit?) who are currently touring the USA to bring their electrifying show to classical and dance fans alike. Bach's The Well-Tempered Clavier provides the musical base of the show, with new beats and added electronics to give this iconic piece a truly 21st century makeover! Formed in Berlin in 1993 by Bassil and Kadir Memis (Amigo), the Flying Steps have expanded beyond the pair to become a nine-strong championship-winning dance juggernaut. Inspired by nearly 300 years of changing entertainment changing entertainment landscape, the Steps blend vastly different styles such as classical music with hip-hop, b-boying with ballet, in their aim to break down class barriers and encourage fusion in all types of dance.
