Broadway Playhouse is located on the North side of Water Tower Place, one half block East of North Michigan Ave. The entrance to the theater is located under the Broadway Playhouse marquee and the Box Office is located in the theater lobby.

The nearest Metra/Amtrak station is at Union Station which is about 2 miles away. Alternatively, the Randolph St Metra Station is a mile away and the nearest CTA lines are at Chicago Ave station (10 block walk, Red/Brown/Purple line). CTA Bus lines running near the theatre include #145, #146, #147, #151 and #157.
