I also waited for months to see Alejandro Aranda. It was loud, incomprehensible sound. None of the sweetness that was present during his idol performance. Kept waiting to hear something reminiscent of what I loved but finally had to leave.

I also came to hear the Alejandro from American Idol. I think Alejandro is a musical genius, but what I heard at the House of Blues was ear piercingly loud head banging. I hung in there as long as my ears could stand it, but left about an hour in to the performance. With the exception of the first song, he never played a single tune that I actually wanted to hear and even the first song was not done in true Alejandro style. That guy needs to be on stage alone with his guitar and piano. In that capacity, he has potential to rival some of the musical greats of our time....McCartney, Paul Simon, Jeff Lynne, etc. I left this concert incredibly disappointed. I sure hope he gets the message.
