This was my first Nightwish concert, and considering the repeated
“you’re in for a treat” mantra I had been hearing from others who had
seen their shows previously, my expectations were very high.
Nightwish did not disappoint. They were everything I had expected and
more. Floor with her amazing vocals, along with the class A musical
talent of the others in the band, provided an atmospheric experience
that was otherworldly. Additionally, The Lyric was a prime venue to
showcase this incredible band. The sound quality was amazing, and
the way in which the seating is arranged, I don’t think it would be likely
to have a bad seat. I was so impressed with the performance of this
band, I was actually considering taking a road trip to see one of their
Pennsylvania shows. However, I did snap back into reality to realize
that would not be feasible with my everyday schedule. I cannot wait
until the next time Nightwish comes to the area for another amazing

The current line up is EPIC! Tuomas never disappoints- his compositions and keyboards were second to none.. Marco delivered excellent male vocals and thumping bass. KaI on drums was precise and tight. The addition of Troy and his flutes and pipes was a no brainer- he makes the band better....Emmpu was crisp on the guitar and was engaging with the audience for the entire show.. Much has been said about the 3 vocalists Nightwish has employed over the last 20 years- The current, in my opinion far exceeds the others. Floor Jansen knows how to put on a show. She can sing it all- From incredible highs to remarkable lows, she does not disappoint. I have never seen anyone with better stage presence! The combination of all the above made for a very memorable evening.. This band should be better known in this country. The music is crisp, tight, detailed and surreal. We did the VIP and met the band members, an experience to never forget.

A VIKING AND VALKYRIE MAKE A MAGICAL NIGHT
Stage AE was a perfect venue that provided a personal, upclose intimate show. The
acoustics were great. I can't sing enough praise about the night. Marco was a rock
god, that could only be rivaled by the unparalleled stage presence of of Floor. Thank
you for a wonderful night.

This bands repertoir is legendary. The current lineup has a lot of character (a la John,
George and Ringo), and all that personality shines through. The 3 front performers
engage with the croud as if you’re the only one there, but the Queen and monarch in this
beautiful spectacle is vocalist Floor Jansen. It may a be a sin that this band is not as huge
in USA as they are in Europe, but for us American fans, we have the good fortune of
seeing their amazing show in small intimate venues. The last 2 epic songs, “The Greatest
Show on Earth” and “Ghost Love Score,” alone would make this one of the most climactic
concerts I’ve ever seen. I walked away with the profound and comforting idea ringing in
my head. “We were here.”

Such an amazing band. Close setting. Equals

Seen them twice already in the last 10 years.
They never disappoint!!

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!
My favorite band, Nightwish, did not disappoint. Not a big enough venue for pyrotechniques but the show could have been Buenas Aires, just a more intimate venue. Not one moment that seemed anything less than their best. The acoustic Hows the Heart with Floor & Troy is the cherry on top. Can' get enough of this stellar talent, every single member! Of course, couldn't miss Marco more... but Jukka is awesome, welcome.

REVIEW CONT'D... BACAUSE SUCH AN INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE
P.s. I discovered Nightwish (never too late) in 2019. I'm from Portland OR. and the flight, hotel, 2 day cost to San Fran (love it there) was worth every penny to see 'my favorite band' Nightwish. I'll go 2 nights in a row if Nightwish ever makes it to Oregon. Every single member of this band is a genius, and I hope the U.S. audience appreciates their talent (and hard work) equal to none. Will look forward to seeing Nightwish again wherever I may need to travel to see them.
