Celebrate the legacy of Prince with two of his closest collaborators

Why See Sheila E and Morris Day?

A Princely Double Bill

Last year we lost the musical genius Prince, and two of his close collaborators are celebrating his legacy in 2017 with this small joint tour. Known as the 'Queen of Percussion', Sheila E. was already an acclaimed solo artists before The Purple One asked her into the studio during Purple Rain sessions. Eventually providing vocals for b-side 'Erotic City', Sheila continued touring with Prince through the late 80s, as well as producing huge solo hits like 'Glamorous Life' and 'A Love Bizarre'.

Frontman of the insatiable party band The Time, Morris Day is still best known fro his appearance as Prince's rival in the Purple Rain movie, where he performs 'Jungle Dance' and keeps asking Jerome for his mirror. Morris and Sheila will be playing Prince covers galore alongside their own material when they hit Auditorium Theatre in Chicago, IL, Closed April 1, 2017.
