A concert-style musical that has taken the UK by storm (with five 2019 Olivier Award nominations to boot) SIX is heading to Chicago this May! Re-telling the famous tale of Henry VIII and his six wives SIX is the girl power musical we need!
Making up the six unfortunate queens will be Adrianna Hicks as Catharine of Aragon, Andrea Macasaet as Anne Boleyn, Abby Mueller as Jane Seymour, Brittney Mack as Anne of Cleves, Samantha Pauly as Catherine Howard and Anna Uzele as Catherine Parr.
SIX will play at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater from May 14 through to June 30.
What is SIX about?
Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard, Katherine Parr. You know the names, and you may know how each of their marriages to a certain king came to an end, but these six women are far from just a historical footnote. In Six, the floor is theirs as they tell you what really went down in the court of Henry VIII.
