Why See Marriott Theatre: How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying?

Musicals

Just another day at the office

Mariott Theatre present this irreverent musical satire of 1960s big business. It follows the rise of J. Pierrepont Finch, who uses a little handbook called "How To Succeed In Business" to climb the corporate ladder from lowly window washer to high-powered executive, tackling such familiar but potent dangers as the company man, the office party, backstabbing co-workers, caffeine addiction and, of course, true love!

This nine time Tony Award winner, and recipient of the Pulitzer, is a retro trip into 1960's Ad-land: think Mad Men with a little bit more plaid and pizazz, but still bitingly relevant.

With a book by Abe Loesser and Music and Lyrics from Frank Loesser, How to Succeed includes such as standards "I Believe in You," "Happy to Keep His Dinner Warm," "The Company Way," "Been a Long Day," "Rosemary" and "Brotherhood of Man. Don't miss this wonderful vintage treat of a Musical, which is sure to get your ambitions flowing!
