He originally shot to fame when he recorded his first album 'Better than the Rest' with his band George Thorogood and the Destroyers. Thorogood worked hard as he put in a rigorous touring schedule which culminated with being a supporting act for the Rolling Stones. His most famous song has been played on numerous media forms whether in films and on television. 'Bad to the Bone' was featured in the blocbuster Terminator 2 and featured in many episodes of Married with Children.
