Electronic Doors
The left-hand set of main entry doors can be opened automatically.
Elevators
The elevator directly at Goodman's main entrance provides access to the upper lobby and restrooms, the Owen mezzanine and all levels of the Albert mezzanine. The elevator on the north end of the upper lobby provides access to the balcony level of the Owen.
Assistive Listening Devices
Both the Albert and Owen are equipped with infrared assistive listening devices which patrons may obtain at the Gift Shop. Assistive listening devices are offered free of charge; a driver's license is required as security.
For Patrons with Wheelchairs
Goodman Theatre is fully accessible to patrons in wheelchairs. If wheelchair accessible seating or special assistance is required, please contact the Box Office at 312.443.3800. Goodman Theatre has a wheelchair on-site which may be used to transport patrons to and from assigned seats. For use of the on-site wheelchair, contact House Management at 312.443.3818.
Restrooms
Restroom facilities are located in the central lobby on both the ground level and second floor. All restrooms are fully accessible to patrons in wheelchairs. Restrooms on the second floor offer a private restroom for patrons who require assistance.
