A world premiere musical comedy, with its sights set on Broadway

Why See Hazel?

Musicals

This Is A Doozy

There's more to meets the eye to Hazel! Based on the classic comic strips by Ted Kelly, and the subsequent 1960's TV show, the Broadway-aimed Hazel follows the eponymous maid as she goes about solving the problems of just about the whole neighborhood.

This world premiere musical comedy is directed and choreographed by Tony nominee and Emmy winner Joshua Bergrasse (Smash, On the Town) and stars Klea Blackhurst (Everything the Traffic Willl Allow) in the lead role. The book is by Lissa Levin, while music and lyrics are provided by Ron Abel and Chuck Steffan.

What is Hazel About?

The 1960s is testing George Baxter's patience. First off, his wife has joined the workforce, and secondly, his live-in maid Hazel is steadily taking over the household! But Hazel isn't all that she appears! Watch as she unvovers a plot to national security and saves the Baxter's marriage, all to George's utter astonishment.
